My outdoor condensing unit in my home AC stopped.  Konstantin K was very methodical in diagnosing the problem by checking out the condensing unit, thermostat, breaker panel & indoor heat heat exchanger. He found the problem was a failed starting capacitor in the condensing unit. He also found corroded contacts in the outdoor disconnect fuse box. After my AC started working, he checked that the various system levels, cooling air temperature, electrical readings & refrigerant were normal. He also answered all my questions about what he was doing & explaining the estimated quote for the repair work.
