Great team overall. I would highly recommend them because them seem to be the ones with the most honest assessments on furnace issues & replacements . Everyone else just wants your money irrespective of whether you do or do not need a furnace replacement.

Just excellent service of my HVAC unit, which had quit. The technician came very quickly, did very thorough diagnostics to locate the problem and maximize the unit’s efficiency, got the parts, and came back asap. His English was perfect, his courtesy fine. The unit has been fixed and is working better than ever.

We used Fuse Service to replace our furnace with a heat pump and add A/C, and the experience was awesome end-to-end. Frank assessed our current system and provided great options and recommendations for the replacement. He was incredibly responsive to our questions and very helpful. Then Eugene the Project Manager visited to perform a detailed electrical and house assessment and to design a system that would optimize heating and cooling. We were then able to schedule the work quickly, and the installation team–Eugene, Daniel, and Tom–was wonderful. They were punctual, professional, and thorough, working super hard while remaining totally open to our questions and specific requests. In the end, they even completed the work ahead of schedule. I also want to highlight how much I appreciated getting a text message with the names and pictures of the Fuse team members before they arrived each day. It was incredibly helpful to have that information in advance. High recommendations for the whole team!

I hired Fuse to install a 240V outlet in my garage after we got an EV. They were prompt, quick to respond to my questions, gave me a good price, and did a great job. They also handled all the city permits for me as well and installed the wall charger for me too. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Austin and Wade from Fuse HVAC. They replaced my 40 years old furnace with a new Daikin heap pump. They were really hardworking and actually got the whole job done ahead of schedule. They were super thorough with the install but also kept everything really clean while they worked. They were very easy to work with and communication was great. Once they finished, they took the time to test the system and showed me how everything fits together so I actually knew what I was looking at. They helped me get the control app downloaded and set it up so it works exactly how I wanted.

Professional. Electrician knew what he was doing. He did not mind going under crawlspace and showed me before and after pictures.
